This site, splendidtor.ch, is operated by Jamieson Gower LLC ("Splendid Torch," "we"). By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. What this site is. An informational site about our work. Filling out the contact form starts a conversation — it doesn't create a client relationship or any obligation on either side unless and until we both agree to one in writing.

2. Not professional advice. Anything we publish here is general information, not consulting, legal, or other professional advice, and reading it doesn't make you a client.

3. Our content. The writing, design, and marks on this site — including the "Splendid Torch" name and logo — belong to Jamieson Gower LLC or its licensors. Please don't republish or reuse them without permission. Quoting or sharing with attribution and a link is welcome.

4. Acceptable use. Use the site lawfully. Don't disrupt it, scrape it at scale, misuse the forms, or infringe anyone's rights.

5. Links out. We sometimes link elsewhere, like our Notes on Substack. We're not responsible for third-party sites or their practices.

6. No warranties. The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Jamieson Gower LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will be handled in courts located in New York, NY.
